Fees

Terence's main responsibility is to provide cadastral information and drafting services to clients in the Western Australian survey industry.

Terence can also provide general drafting to clients all over Australia.

Drafting (CAD/NLR)

$110 per hour (Plus GST) for the production of the following types of plans;

NLR, Deposited Plans*, Strata Plans*, Survey Strata Plans*, Leasehold Plans, Control Sheets*, Feature Plans, Site Plans, Application Plans, Sales Plans, Concept Plans, Re-Zoning Plans, Plans with Aerial Photography, and more.*

Cadastral Searching*

$90 per hour (Plus cost of search items and GST)

EMAIL of completed search is prefered method of delivery

Any postal costs for Searches will be charged accordingly.

CSD Preparation*

All CSD files are unique.

A CSD for a basic 2-3 lot subdivision starts from $110 (Plus GST)*

e-lodgements*

$45 per Deposited Plan (Plus GST)

$45 per Strata/Survey Plan (Plus GST)

$25 per field book (Plus GST)

Preparation of FB will be $40 (Plus GST)

* All Survey Plans, CSD Files and lodgements are compliant with Landgate Regulations in Western Australia.
